Eleven lucky chefs get to travel around the globe seeing some of the most iconic sights on Around the World in 80 Plates. On tonights episode of Bravos newest reality series, the competing chefs travel to Lyon, France where the race continues. This time they must correctly identify goat cheeses, heard sheep and figure out the ingredients in wine!

Celebrity chefs Curtis Stone and Cat Cora are the hosts who take viewers on an up close and personal tour of the world. Airbus Corporate Jet Centre Completes Eleventh ACJ319 Interior

An undisclosed head-of-state has taken delivery of the 11th aircraft completed by the Airbus Corporate Jet Center (ACJC). The ACJ319 features a six-zone cabin that can carry up to 19 passengers.

According to the Toulouse-based company, the aircraft’s business-like main lounge is built around an imposing table that can accommodate up to six people, surrounded by two sideboards with fluid shapes and a large LCD monitor. The aft zones comprise a cozy office featuring club-two seating and a sofa, plus a master bedroom including a queen-size bed with a divan and a large separate washroom with full-height oval shower.

DOLE Sets P11M For Program

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has allotted R11 million for its nationwide Government Internship Program (GIP) this year.

Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz said in a statement yesterday this will be used to provide at least 700 talented new college graduates three-month training, where they can earn job experience in government service. &"The selected interns shall be trained in the DOLE’s public service functions and operations, which include program advocacy, frontline services delivery, program research and monitoring, and project evaluation and documentation.&"

IBM, Diageo Lead $27 Billion of US Corporate Bond Sales

Diageo Plc (DGE), the world’s biggest
distiller, and computer-services provider International Business
Machines Corp. (IBM) led $27.6 billion of corporate bond sales in the
US this week as relative yields on investment-grade debt rose.

Diageo, the seller of Johnnie Walker Scotch whisky and
Guinness beer, raised $2.5 billion in a three-part offering and
Armonk, New York-based IBM sold $1.5 billion of debt, including
seven-year notes at a record-low coupon, according to data
compiled by Bloomberg. Sales for the week compare with $32.6
billion in the period ended May 4 and a weekly 2012 average of
$30.1 billion.

Coastal High School Students Do Blue Crab Research With Duke Faculty

Durham, NC – High school students from Morehead City and Swan Quarter will soon be working alongside Duke University researchers to study blue crab behavior and its implications for the endangered whooping crane. 

Dan Rittschof, LH Snowdon Professor of Ecology at Duke University Marine Lab, will lead the research effort, which will be assisted by students from Cape Lookout Marine Science High School and Mattamuskeet Early College High School.

The researchers are studying how blue crabs move and their vulnerability to predation by large wading birds like the whooping crane.  Whooping cranes feed on blue crabs to fuel migration from their wintering grounds in coastal Texas...
